User Agreement for smartdealerparts.com

Use of this site is strictly limited.  This site is for the use of current and potential customers only of Smart Dealer Parts, L.C., which includes new car dealers, auto parts wholesale distributors, auto parts importers and exporters, and auto parts manufacturers.  At this time, we do not accept orders from individuals or single-location repair facilities. 

This site is copyrighted.  No reproduction of this site, file structure, databases, graphics, wording, or appearance may be duplicated in any other site or by any outside entity.  Violators will be subject to prosecution.

Orders placed on this site constitute a binding contract between users and Smart Dealer Parts, L.C. Standard billing terms of net 30 days will apply for dealers, and prepayment is required for other customers.  Our inventory system is updated daily; while we do our best to maintain our inventory and systems, sometimes parts will be sold out before an order can be fulfilled.  We reserve the right to cancel all or part of any order that is placed due to stock shortage or inability to source parts; we will notify customers if any changes are necessary in order quantities or availability. 

Use of this site by non-authorized users, sharing registration information with other firms, and using false registration information are all forbidden. 

Smart Dealer Parts, L.C. reserves the right to change any part of this agreement at any time.  Users of this site agree to abide by our limitations.
